• You will be able to review application forms available and print the application forms to prepare your answers to the questions in the application form.
• You may register and fill out the application forms online. You may also Save your application forms to continue filling them out later. To Save the application form with entered information, please click on ‘Save’ button.
• If you wish to clear all, please click on ‘Clear all’ button. All text you entered in all the textboxes in the application form will be deleted. Only your personal data you entered during your registering will be saved. We recommend you to write down for yourself your personal data such as your username and password. Please keep your username and password safe and confidential. You will need to remember your username and password to apply online  to other grant competitions or calls  for proposals later.
• To submit your application, please click on ‘Submit’ button. Please click on this button only when your application form is completely filled out. Please do not close the window right after clicking on the ‘Submit’ button: wait until a message confirming your application submission appears. You may click on the ‘Submit’ button only 2 times per 1 application and per 1 call of proposals. After clicking on the ‘Submit’ button your application will be automatically submitted and sent to Independent Evaluation Panel of the Youth Program, Soros Foundation - Kyrgyzstan. A copy of your submitted  application  will be sent to your E-mail. We will send it to the E-mail address you indicated during your registration.
• If you forgot to indicate something important and wish to add this information to your already submitted application, you may edit your application and click on ‘Submit’ button for the second time. Your application will be submitted again, and it will be sent to the Independent Evaluation Panel. A copy of your application will be sent to your E-mail address. After clicking on the ‘Submit button’ for the second time, you will not be able to submit your application again.  Please also note that applications sent after the deadline will not be considered.

• IMPORTANT  NOTE: You may submit only 1 final online application with 1 project for 1 call of proposals. If the Youth Program, Soros Foundation - Kyrgyzstan informs applicants in its call of proposals or grant competition that 1 applicant may submit several applications with different projects, you may submit several applications. To submit several applications you will need to register several times to indicate a unique username and a unique E-mail per each application with different project proposal. For example, when you submit 3 different grant applications with 3 different project proposals per 1 call of proposals, you should register for 3 times (it is called a multiple registration). Each time please indicate a different username and a different E-mail. Please write down for yourself your username(s), password(s) and E-mail(s) each time you register. A multiple registration makes it possible for the Online Application System to identify your different applications with different project proposals: it makes it possible to submit your different applications to the Independent Evaluation Panel. The multiple registration ensures an objective and independent evaluation of all your different online applications submitted with several project proposals. Due to the multiple registrations the Independent Evaluation Panel will not know how many different applications you have submitted for 1 call of proposals and, thus, each time the experts will evaluate your application fully and independently.

• Please click on the ‘Submit’ button ONLY when your application is complete, all required information is entered, and your application is 100% ready for submission.
• Textboxes marked with an asterisk (*) – REQUIRED to be filled out.
• Textboxes not marked with an asterisk (*) – NOT  REQUIRED to be filled out. It is desired that you enter the requested information if the corresponding question applies to you, and if you wish to answer. If the question does not correspond to your case or you do not know an answer, please leave their textboxes blank or type  ‘---‘ there.
• It is strongly recommended that you fill out your application and submit your application in advance, at least 1-2 days before the deadline. Internet connections at applicants’ computers can be unstable or not working sometimes, especially in the regions outside Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Please, do not wait till the deadline date.
• All applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
• When you register in the Online Application System you enter your username and password. We recommend you to write down your username and password, and keep them safe and confidential. Please also write down for yourself  what E-mail you indicated and where you entered this information -- website: www.soros.kg (Online Applications). You will need to remember your username and password to apply online to other calls of proposals and grant competitions.
• During registering it is recommended to indicate your safe E-mail that you check often. When your application is selected winning, the information letter will be sent to your E-mail address you indicated. Staff of the Youth Program, Soros Foundation - Kyrgyzstan will also call you. So, please do not worry if you cannot access your E-mail or you do not remember which E-mail you indicated.

• If you wish to minimize your Internet connection costs and you need more time to prepare answers to the questions in the online application form, you may copy the application form and/or its questions into a simple Word document and fill it out there. You will need a flash disk for that. To copy the application form and prepare answers without being connected to Internet later, please make the following steps:

1) open the web-page with online application form and select the online form text at the website (or select all the application questions you need to answer),
2) click on the right button of the computer mouse,
3) click on ‘Copy’ command,
4) open a new Word document on your computer,
5) set your pointer at the beginning of the new Word document you opened,
6) click on the right button of the computer mouse,
7) click on ‘Paste’ command,
8) save the document with the application questions on your flash disk, floppy disk or on your computer.
9) If you do not use your own computer, then open your E-mail and send the Word document with saved application form to your own E-mail (you will need to switch your Internet connection on to send an E-mail).

• After that you may prepare and type your answers to the application form questions in the Word document saved on your flash disk, your computer or downloaded from your E-mail. When typing your answers in the Word document you will not need to be connected to Internet. When you answer all questions and prepare all the information requested in the application form, please copy the Word document to your flash disk or send it by E-mail to your own E-mail address. Then use a computer connected to Internet to apply online. Just open an online application form after entering your username and password in the Online Application System at website: www.soros.kg (click on ‘Online Applications’). Then copy your answers from the Word document into the online application form to fill it out online. Attach necessary files or documents when needed to your online application and click  ‘Submit’ button when your application is complete.
